Shelling is LCSH Company’s financial and international investment expert and consultant. He graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics majoring in International Banking. He also has a Minor in French from Shanghai International Studies University. He is a qualified financial analyst and accountant in both the UK and China with CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and Senior Credit Approver of ICBC (Industrial and Commercial Bank of China).
He is manager and team leader of Corporate Banking of Lingang Sub-branch, Shanghai, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) with more than 15 years’ practical experience in international business, financial markets, cross-border investments, investment banking, asset management and other relevant areas. He has successfully explored opportunities and maintained cooperative relationships with many international and local enterprises, as well as of providing, approving and modifying creative financial solutions to a wide range of clients including Lingang group, Thyssenkrupp, C&D Logistics, Shanghai Sanyi Technology and Cargotec.
Since the establishment of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ) in 2013, Shelling has become a specialist in China FTZ and its relevant practices. He has achieved great success in managing complex cross-border investments and financing cases for various companies through the FTZ, from domestic medium-sized companies to Fortune Global.
